Turning a Strong Practice Into a Visible One

The Challenge
With a new website in place, the next priority was making sure the right patients could find it — and that the brand showed up consistently and compellingly across every digital touchpoint. Business social accounts had been largely inactive. Online listings needed a full consistency audit. And with a goal of doubling production by end of 2026, there was no time to waste.
The Brik Solution
We took over Birdwell & Mutlak's business Instagram and Facebook accounts, developing a content strategy and monthly calendar that reflects the practice's two-doctor personality — Dr. Birdwell's approachable family dentistry presence alongside Dr. Mutlak's editorial, cosmetic-forward aesthetic. Posts are drafted, reviewed, and scheduled through a clear approval workflow. We also completed a full online listings audit across Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, Vitals, Apple Maps, and WebMD — standardizing NAP information, enhancing profile completeness, and building a more authoritative local presence for searches like "cosmetic dentist Thompsons Station."
