The Freedom Group’s previous website was built to attract investors—but that was no longer the goal. What they really needed was a site that reflected what they do today: acquiring and improving RV parks and manufactured home communities.

They wanted a tool that clearly communicated their mission, highlighted recent property updates, and attracted property owners looking to sell. They also needed the tone, content, and call-to-actions to feel more intentional—so they could send people to the site and know it would leave the right impression.

Bottom line: they wanted to be taken seriously, stand out from the competition, and build trust with the right people.

The Brik Solution

We redesigned the site from the ground up—starting with a clear content strategy, refreshed brand tone, and thoughtful user flow for each of their key audiences: sellers, investors, and industry partners.

One of the biggest wins? We built two custom content management systems (CMS): one to showcase their growing portfolio of properties, and another for news and updates. The two CMS systems are connected, so updates can link directly to the properties they reference—giving context, credibility, and momentum to every story they share.

Now, The Freedom Group can:

- Share consistent, branded property overviews

- Easily add updates that tie back to specific locations

- Keep their site fresh without needing a full-time designer

- Build trust with sellers by showing what they’ve done—and what they’re doing

This wasn’t just a redesign—it was a repositioning. We gave them a tool that works for them and with them, making it easier to attract sellers, inform investors, and keep their audience engaged with minimal effort.

Results

The site just launched, and a new tracking dashboard is in place to quickly monitor page engagement and inbound inquiries from sellers and investors. We’ll continue watching how it performs as they promote the new site to their network.
